The eating habits of a girl with absolutely no self-discipline. This is going to be a train wreck at it's finest, y'all.

So, apparently it "was on" but no one told me that we started.

Yeah, 30 by 30 never happened. I never thought that it would, to be honest. I talk a BIG game when it comes to these "diets", when in fact, I know good and well they need to be lifestyle changes.

Meet my arch-enemy...

I've convinced myself I can't function without it and that it's syrupy super powers are the end-all be-all solutions to my every problem. It cures a hangover, it cures the common cold- it might just cure glaucoma if we gave it a fighting chance.

But, I'm fo' realz this time. I promise. I even went to the gym this morning.

AT 6AM

If you know me at all, you know it's on if I'm up at 6am.

I'm getting better about the discipline part. I figure even if I'm in there for 20 minutes, that's 20 minutes more than I was in the gym 6 months ago when this whole project was supposed to be completed. Now, I've decided to take a shot of me on the scale, me in the mirror and sideways in the mirror every Tuesday morning when I'm in the gym (I've committed to Tuesday-Thursday 6am workouts).

Now... it's the food thing that's bringing me down. I've been poking around Pinterest for simple recipes and now that I've started a new job, I'm forced to leave my desk and eat in their cafeteria. I pack everyday since it's a 10 minute walk to and from my car that's 3 blocks away. (I'm tellin' ya... that incline from 3rd to 4th street and then up the stairs leaves my legs screaming at me). Sure, there are places to eat downtown, but I'm not interested in spending $15 on lunch everyday.

So that's that. My goal is really to get back into my blue dress but I'm thinking I need to aim higher, really. Once I find the inspiration, I'll post.

But until then... if anyone's up and in the gym at 6am... let's tweet!
